STAMP DUTIES IN NIGERIA

Stamp duty is a tax imposed by the government on various documents and transactions, including property transfers, leases, and agreements. Stamp duty is governed by the Stamp Duties Act and administered by the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS).
