Justice Ojienoh is currently the Managing Partner of the firm and had prior to joining it cut his teeth in the Corporate Secretarial and Governance world as in-house Counsel and Company Secretary to Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI). At ACCI. He thereafter worked in the private law firm of Tokunbo Kayode & Co (a former Attorney-General of the Federation).

Justice has vast experience in the Mining advisory industry. He has advised (and is presently advising) various organisations in the business of dredging and mining. Justice has also been part of, and is presently part of, teams advising and working on various legal and policy frame works for various State Governments in Nigeria on Power and Energy.

In Addition to the above and in particular, his work included reviewing of: financing documents, Environmental Impact Assessment documents, Gas supply/purchase agreements, reviewing of various memoranda of understanding, he also liaised with regulatory organisations and was involved in various negotiations with host communities.

As a Partner in Eko Solicitors and Advocates, Justice has drafted and reviewed a variety of complex commercial agreements and is also competent in litigation and in various alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. He has also represented clients in the prosecution and defence of lawsuits before the Nigerian superior courts of record.

In addition to his current roles, Justice also volunteers to defend persons who may not be financially capable of procuring the services of a diligent counsel to prosecute or defend their cases for them. As a public service, Justice regularly comments and sheds lights on burning National Issues both in the electronic and print media. He is an accomplished Lawyer with demonstrated ability to deliver mission-critical results within the Project Management. He has gained over 10 years professional experience within the Legal Profession.
